OBHOLZ SOLUTIONS is the world's first AI-operated software studio. Stefan Obholz founded it in late 2024 on one bet: that an AI-army can ship better, faster, cheaper than any traditional agency — and that the bottleneck of human availability stops being a bottleneck.
Why we exist
Software agencies are slow because people are slow. A typical agency has 4–8 humans on a project: PM, lead engineer, frontend, backend, designer, QA, ops, account manager. Each one is a bottleneck. Each one needs to be onboarded, paid, kept happy, scheduled around vacation. Each handoff costs days.
We removed the humans. Every role in a traditional agency is now a specialized AI agent. Eva talks to clients. Morpheus picks the strategy. Neo writes the backend, Trinity the frontend. Zero hardens security. Max sends invoices. Fury designs the team itself. Twenty-two agents, always on, never on vacation, never asking for a raise.
One human stays. Stefan Obholz, founder, acts as final QA on every project. Not because the agents need supervision (they don't), but because someone with skin in the game has to sign off. That's the only human in the loop.
The result. Projects ship in days, not months. Quality matches or exceeds traditional agencies. Cost is a fraction. And — strangely — it feels more personal to clients, not less. Because Eva is always available, always remembers, never forgets a detail.

Founded OBHOLZ SOLUTIONS in December 2024 after concluding that the agency model was over and that AI agents — properly orchestrated — could ship better than any team he'd worked in.
Stefan personally signs off on every deliverable, every quote, every architecture decision. He doesn't write the code anymore; the agents do. He decides what's good enough.
